Steven Tyler’s Diet

Steven Tyler has a great sound and he is very famous singer, but he follows a boring diet to keep his body. He makes very strike diet because he is afraid of having extra weight around his middle. Tyler said that he want to be always fit to can wear his pants which he wore on his last tour, he added that the best thing for anyone is being fit.

Tyler does not follow healthy diet, he prefers deprivation diet. He said he does not eat through the day, he always eats salmon and broccoli for dinner which of course very healthy meal, but because he does not eat at all during the day, he feels so tired and starve and may he suffers from fatigue.
Tyler does not eat regular meals, he prefers partake in a diet delivery service  which for breakfast gives many options as Canadian bacon and pecan pancakes with maple syrup. And for lunch Tyler eats chicken and salad. For dinner he eats chicken breast and stuffed cabbage. And for the snack he can take stuffed artichokes or strawberry ice cream.
Of course this diet is better than Tyler’s diet, but it needs some work . We cannot in the diet the fresh fruit and natural juice which are very important because it gives a lot of energy. And you should not forget the exercise and sports, but Tyler declared that he does not do a lot of sports and exercise. He just runs around the beach and he usually does 250 sit ups every evening.

Tyler may have hurt in his feet and that was obvious when he jumps on the stage and that give the meaning of his song “ Walk this Way” Tyler suffers from Morton’s neuroma and that is very painful.
